We have three limits for the number of receipts that will earn Coins
Daily limit: 10 Receipts
You'll receive 5-25 Coins based on your level for the first 10 valid receipts (paper + online orders combined) that you submit each week.
After the 10th receipt, Gold users earn 1 Coin for each additional receipt, Silver users earn 2 Coins, and Diamond users earn 3 Coins. Bronze and Silver level users will not earn additional Coins for receipts submitted after they’ve reached the daily limit.
Weekly limit: 10 Receipts
You'll receive 5-25 Coins based on your level for the first 10 valid receipts (paper + online orders combined) that you submit each week.
After the 10th receipt (even if you haven't hit your daily limit yet), Gold users earn 1 Coin for each additional receipt, Silver users earn 2 Coins, and Diamond users earn 3 Coins. Bronze and Silver level users will not earn additional Coins for receipts submitted after they’ve reached the weekly limit.
Your weekly total resets every Sunday.
Monthly limit: 50 Receipts
After the 50th monthly receipt (even if you haven’t hit your daily or weekly limit yet),Gold users earn 1 Coin for each additional receipt, Silver users earn 2 Coins, and Diamond users earn 3 Coins. Bronze and Silver level users will not earn additional Coins for receipts submitted after they’ve reached the monthly limit.
Note: The receipt counts for the week are based on the date the receipt is processed by our system, not the purchase date or the date that the receipt is submitted/scanned into the app.
